I began riding horses at a very young age and always dreamed of becoming a professional horse trainer.
After finishing school in 2009, completing a 2 year appren-ticeship and passing the exam as Industrial Management Assistant in 2011, I began a one year internship in the United States.

Wanting to gain as much experience as possible, I began riding with professional trainers in Germany before starting my internships with Tracer Gilson (Scottsdale, AZ) and Dario Carmignani (Rome, Italy).

I also worked for well established Reining Horse Trainers Pete Kyle and Casey Hinton and was able to gain valuable skills training young horses, riding show prospects, and maintaining trained Open & Non Pro caliber reining horses.

After almost two years in Texas I went back to Germany for about eight months where I started several sale horses and reining prospects for River Valley Ranch (owned by Johann Rotter and Ines Schnabel) before I returned to Whitesboro, TX in December 2013.

I continued at Casey Hinton Quarter Horses in 2014 and was given a nice set of two year olds to ride while setting up my own business at Simmons Ranch in Whitesboro, TX.

Besides reining I have been involved in other disciplines e.g. Ranch Versatility, Stock Horse, Ranch Cutting, AQHA Ranch Riding and Western/Cowboy Dressage. Showing and training horses for numerous divisions.
In June 2017, after almost two years leasing stalls at Rusty and Michele Dare's facility in Gainesville, TX, I moved to my own 6 acre ranch in Whitesboro, TX. A six stall barn, outdoor pad, pipe Roundpen and several pastures are available on site.
